Survivors of Suicide Loss Day

This year Survivors of Suicide Loss Day happens to fall on my birthday, November 18th. How appropriate, right? At first, I was I was mad, like really mad. Why? Why did my first birthday without my husband have to fall on this day? Then the more I thought about it, the more I reminded myself, I can do hard things.

I am a Survivor of Suicide Loss, and it just so happens to fall on the day I was brought into this world. I am going to take this week on my social media to share. Share what it’s like, share awareness, share support, share how I’m coping, share gratitude and so much more.
