Here you will find a variety of mental health and suicide prevention resources. This list will continue to grow as we find more resources that we find valuable to share.
NAMI: National Alliance of Mental Illness - This is a non-profit organization that provides resources and advocacy for those living with a mental illness and those that love someone with a mental illness. They offer classes, support groups and a variety of information on the many different mental illnesses.

AFSP: American Foundation of Suicide Prevention - This is a non-profit organization that creates awareness and advocacy around suicide prevention. They work on getting our law makers involved and aware of how much resources for suicide prevention are needed, in addition to the need for better mental health care. There is a plethora of information on their website and ways you can get involved.

Friends for Survival: A non-profit specifically for survivors of suicide loss. Great support groups, in person and via zoom, provides connections with people who know exactly how you feel and what you're going through.

Refuge in Grief: Megan Divine has been a life savor for me in dealing with grief. She has an approach that most people don't. She talks about real life experiences and feelings, not the social norm. Her book 'It's OK that you're not OK' has been my bible during my grief journey.
